Arnie Lee Nussbaum

House Emcee-Arnie is the house M/C for the Oviedo Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce. Arnie is also an M/C for the City of Winter Springs Florida and has hosted countless cultural & charity events all over Central Florida. Whether it’s calling a parade, or a radio, website or TV voice over Arnie has one of the better known voices in Central Florida,

 

Josh Strzalko

Josh Strzalko is the president of Helpful Hands and a member of the board since the charity gained 501c3 status.    He is also the founder of Eleet Technologies, a local web development firm servicing companies all over the United States. Raised in Oviedo and a graduate of Oviedo High School and the University of Central Florida, Josh remains active in the community, serving on the UCF College of Business Alumni Chapter Executive Committee and just ended his 6-year stint on the OWSRCC board of directors. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, and children, Ava, Serena and Jack, and sneaks in some time to catch up on the latest on all UCF sports, business news, and politics.

 

 

Mitchell Kenneth Perera

Mitchell Kenneth Perera is a independent director from Tampa, FL known for his feature film “Kill The Cat.” He attended film school in Orlando graduating in 2017. “Kill The Cat” which is his directorial debut was shot while he was still in school, over 10 days on a shoestring budget of $15,000.

 

 

Alex Diaz

Alex Diaz (MIX 105.1) has been cracking the Orlando microphone since the mid-90’s when he relocated to the area to complete his degree at the University of Central Florida. When Alex is not entertaining you on MIX 105.1 he is very active and visible in the community supporting many charitable organizations like the; BBQ Blowout, Taste of Oviedo, and Great Day in the Country! In addition to his professional media career Alex is a licensed Real Estate agent specializing in our community. Alex & his wife Dawn love Oviedo and all that Seminole County has to offer.

Brandon Lunzman

Brandon Lunzman is a screenwriter and director from Aberdeen, South Dakota. Being a small town kid with a love for entertainment, he found that he needed to branch out in order to pursue a career that would allow him to utilize his creativity. He has recently graduated Full Sail University with a bachelor’s degree in film production. Brandon is currently in pre-production on his first feature film, which he will also be directing.

Angelo is in his second year at the University of Central Florida studying for a Social Work degree, with a Theatre Minor. He currently is involved with UCF Athletics on the Spirit Team, a Student Orientation Coordinator in the First Year Experience Office, the Volunteer UCF Student Director, and Mr. UCF 2017. He hopes to volunteer with the Peace Corps after he graduates, and to pursue a Masters in Social Work when he comes back.

He enjoys to read, dance, volunteer, and to spend time with his family and friends on his free time. He is looking forward to being a part of the BBQ Blowout, and is excited for all the festivities!

 

MurphDawg

MurphDawg is an 18 year radio veteran, in which he has successfully branded himself in Long Island, New York, Greenville, South Carolina, Richmond, Virginia and Atlanta, Georgia. Some of Murph’s accomplishments include; winning the Street Information Network “Medium Market Assistant Program Director/Music Director of the year”, Billboard/Monitor “Assistant Program Director/Music Director of the year” award in 2003, and the Atlanta Achievement in Radio “Award of Excellence” in 2008.

Murph has tackled many genres in radio during his tenure. Everything from CHR/Rhythmic, Dance, Sports Talk, and now Country. He has a passion for all genres, and is a sports “fanatic”. Growing up, Murph played Ice Hockey, Baseball, and continues to keep his competitive edge by playing both sports, recreationally now.

Murph has also generously donated his time and efforts throughout his career towards many charities, including being a honorary guest board member for the Women in Golf foundation, which help teach fundamentals of golf to the inner city children of Atlanta.

Born but not raised in San Antonio, Texas. Father was in the military, moved all around the world with her parents and older brother. She is very cultured and willing to listen and share amazing stories and adventurous lifestyles.
